This License Agreement is between PAVERS, located at Mina Krusemanlaan 90, NL7421LL Deventer, Netherlands (“SUPPLIER”), and the legal entity specified in the license fee bill (“LICENSEE). Whereas, Supplier and Licensee, desire to enter into a License Agreement whereby SUPPLIER will license to LICENSEE, certain computer software programs. Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and Agreements set forth below, the parties agree as follows:
