By both parties executing this Agreement in writing, These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all offers and Agreements under which PrimeKey Solutions AB (the “PrimeKey”) supplies Appliances or Product (as de- fined below) to the undersigned Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts (“Customer” or “Ordering Activi- ty”).
