These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are by and between OnSolve, LLC (“OnSolve”) and the Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document(the “Customer” or “Ordering Activity”) named on any Order Form (as defined below) that incorporates these Terms and Conditions effective as of the date of the Customer’s signature on such Order Form (the “Effective Date”).
