Euroduna Aviation GmbH (“Euroduna”) offers to exchange and/or sell to the undersigned buyer (“Buyer”) certain parts and equipment (“Parts”) requested from Euroduna now and from time to time by Buyer, subject to the following terms and conditions and no others (this “Agreement”).
