These General Terms of Hire are to be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions and Security Agreement **General Terms of Hire • November 29th, 2013
The following conditions, provisions and terms govern the hire of Goods by the Hirer from the Company and, together with the General Terms and Conditions and Security Agreement, govern the relationship between the Company and the Hirer. The Hirer acknowledges and agrees that, unless specified in writing by the Company to the contrary, even though the risk in the Goods passes to the Hirer at time of Delivery, at all times the Goods remain the property of the Company and at no time does title to the Goods pass to the Hirer.
