City of Huber Heights (“Customer”), located at 6131 Taylorsville Rd., Huber Heights, OH 45424 and DPL Energy Resources, Inc. (“DPLER”), a subsidiary of DPL Inc. (“DPL”) located at 1065 Woodman Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45432, having entered into an Electric Service Agreement (“Agreement”) dated February 17, 2011, now desire to extend, effective upon execution of this Amendment, and amend, effective as of Customer’s December, 2012 meter reading, the Agreement by this Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”), and, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, agree as follows:
