THIS GENERATOR INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT (“GIA”) is made and entered into this ____ day of ________ 20__, by and between ________________, a ______________________ organized and existing under the laws of the State/Commonwealth of _____________________ (“Interconnection Customer” with a Generating Facility), and __________________________, a [corporation] organized and existing under the laws of the State/Commonwealth of ____________ (“Transmission Owner”), and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc., a non-profit, non-stock corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Transmission Provider”). Interconnection Customer, Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider each may be referred to as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.”

In such cases, Transmission Owner Local Planning Criteria shall supersede the Appendix G requirements and be documented in Appendix C of this GIA1. All other requirements of this GIA continue toalso apply to non-synchronous generating facilityIBR plant interconnections. Italicized terms indicate IEEE 2800-2022 defined terms2.
