By acknowledgement of this agreement the customer will receive priority service on all standard and emergency repair calls. Huston Electric, Inc. agrees to furnish, and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) agrees to accept and pay for the following services on the equipment listed below subject to the following terms and conditions.
