This GENOTYPING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 11 day of March 2003 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Genaissance Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with its principal place of business at Five Science Park, New Haven, CT 06511 (“Genaissance”), and Wayne State University, with offices at 5700 Cass Avenue, Suite 4200, A.A.
