This Geographic Information System Digital Information Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RMV”).
