This Agreement made on the date executed by Gettysburg College below by and between Gettysburg College (hereinafter referred to as the “College”) and the above-identified Speaker. The College and Speaker may be referred to as the “Parties.” Although a Speaker must be sponsored by a College Organization, the College Organization sponsoring the Speaker is not a party to this Agreement.
