These GIDEON SOFTWARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS are by and between Gideon Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Provider”) and the entity who has executed an Order Form or purchasing document referencing these Terms and Conditions (collectively, this “Agreement”) or is using the services made available by Provider ("Customer"). By executing an Order Form, Customer accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Provider and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party." The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be the date set forth in the Order Form.
