This Agreement is entered into effective July 1, 2019, by and between the Board of Education of the Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD) in the County of Genesee, Michigan, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” and Genesee Intermediate School District employees represented by the Genesee Intermediate Educational Support Personnel Association (GIESPA), hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
