This GLOBAL ALLIANCE AGREEMENT dated March 24, 2015 (the “Agreement”) sets forth the understanding between NABORS RED LION LIMITED (to be renamed C&J ENERGY SERVICES LTD.), a Bermuda exempted company (the “Company”), and NABORS INDUSTRIES LTD., a Bermuda exempted company (“Navy”) with respect to their ongoing business relationship following the completion of the Merger (as defined herein). For the purposes hereof, “Parties” shall mean jointly the Company and Navy, and “Party” shall mean either one of them.

This Global Alliance Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Uhde GmbH, a German company with its principal offices located at Friedrich-Uhde-Str. 15, 44141 Dortmund (hereinafter referred to as “Uhde”) and Myriant Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices located at 1 Pinehill Drive, Batterymarch Park II, Suite 301, Quincy, MA 02169 USA (hereinafter referred to as “Myriant”); each of Uhde and Myriant are singularly also referred to herein as “Party” and jointly as “Parties” (certain capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them as set forth in Annex 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof).

Barcelona (Spain) / Tokyo (Japan), 31th May 2010. - The multinational automotive systems supplier Ficosa International, S.A. and Ichikoh Industries, Ltd. one of the main automotive suppliers in Japan will make a global alliance in the automotive mirror business. They are going to conclude the agreement by June 2010. The objective of this alliance is to provide better service to their clients by undertaking joint actions on a worldwide basis.
