This Australian Global Commercial Services Agreement is between American Express Australia Limited ABN 92 108 952 085 (“we”, ”us”, ”our” and “American Express”) and the Company named in the attached Account Application (“you”, ”your” and “the Company”) and governs your use of the Account(s) in Australia. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which we provide American Express Global Commercial Services in Australia and governs your use of the Accounts selected in the Account Application which forms part of this Agreement.
