THIS GLOBAL MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE CONTRACT (together with the schedules and appendices attached hereto, this "Agreement") is made this day of , 2021, ("Effective Date") by and between Dalkia Energy Solutions US, Inc. and its successors and permitted assigns ("CONTRACTOR") and the City of Santa Fe, a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico ("CLIENT").
