Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the Amkor Technology, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) will have the same defined meanings in this Global Non-Employee Director Restricted Stock Award Agreement, including the general terms and conditions for all non-U.S. Participants and the additional terms and conditions for certain countries, all as set forth in the appendix attached hereto (the “Appendix” and, together with the Global Non-Employee Director Restricted Stock Award Agreement, the “Award Agreement”).
