This HOME IMPROVEMENT FINANCING PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 22nd, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GoodLeap, LLC., a California limited liability company, a (“GoodLeap”) Dave’s Home Helper Services Inc., d.b.a DHHS Solar and Generator, a Florida Corporation Corporation (“Contractor”) and together with GoodLeap, collectively, the “Parties” and each individually, a “Party”). Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1
