This Goods and Equipment Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2024, by and between the City of Palm Desert, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California 92260-2578, (“City”) and Midwest Tape, a Limited Liability Company, with its principal place of business at 1417 Timberwolf Drive, Holland, OH 43528 ("Supplier"). The City and Vendor are sometimes individually referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
