This agreement (the “Google Play Opt-In Agreement”) is effective as of the date on which the applicable Participating Publisher opts-in as set forth below (the “Opt-In Effective Date”), by and between Google Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043 (“Google”), and the entity that has opted-in to this Google Play Opt-In Agreement as set forth below (“Participating Publisher”).
