Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) and Providence Home Health and Hospice (PHHH) and Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital (PHRMH) agree that the Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWA-MSW) (collectively termed “Gorge Professional Clinicians”) currently working for PHRMH will be covered by the current collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the PHHH and ONA under the following terms and conditions.
