THIS GOVERNMENT PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS LEASE (the “Lease”) is entered into as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “Lessor” or the “City”), and ECL GLENDALE, LLC an Arizona limited liability company (“Lessee or the “Company”). Lessor and Lessee may be referred to in this Lease individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
