This Government Subscription Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the last date signed below (“Effective Date”) by and between ONSOLVE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with an address at 780 W. Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 (“OnSolve”), and City of Arlington (“Customer”) and sets forth the terms and conditions under which OnSolve will provide, and Customer will receive access to the Services (as defined below).
