This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and QuantAlea AG, Rosenweg 3, 6340 Baar/Zug, Switzerland ("QuantAlea") for the software "Alea GPU" (development version and run time version) and derivative works produced using the development version of Alea GPU.
