GRADE CROSSING SIGNALS TRI-PARTY AGREEMENTGrade Crossing Signals Tri-Party Agreement • May 26th, 2020
Eighty percent (80%) of the cost of engineering, materials, equipment, and labor to install the crossing signal equipment will be paid by the STATE, as provided in 23 Code of Federal Regulations, including but not limited to Parts 1, 140 (subpart I), 172, 646, hereafter referred to as "23 CFR", which is hereby incorporated into and made part of this agreement by reference.
