The following Terms and Conditions, together with Rights, Rules, Responsibilities, the Apartment Policies and Regulations for Graduate Students, and, for residents of the Lakeside and Meadows Apartments, the Lakeside and Meadows Resident Handbooks, are incorporated in and made part of the Graduate Housing Agreement (collectively, this Agreement).

All persons must sign the residence Hall Contract before living in a residence hall. This multi- year contract will remain in force for the duration of residency. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Single Graduate Housing Agreement 60 Day Vacate Notice Cancellation Policy This policy is only in effect for student who entire graduate housing prior to Fall 2012.Graduate Housing Agreement • March 11th, 2013
A Graduate Housing Contract may be cancelled without cause, pursuant to the terms herein, provided the student gives the Graduate Housing Assignment Office at least 60 days written notice of such cancellation . The approved date of cancellation shall be on the earliest available vacate date that occurs after the 60 day notice period has elapsed. Vacate dates occur on the last day of each calendar month.
