THIS GRAIN BIN LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made June 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between FCStone Merchant Services, LLC ("FCStone"), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office at 2829 Westown Parkway, Suite 100 West Des Moines, Iowa 50266, and Agri-Energy, LLC. (“Company”), a Minnesota limited liability corporation with its principal office at 502 S. Walnut, Luverne, MN 56156 (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).

The parties have previously entered into that certain Grain Bin Lease Agreement dated as of June 1, 2015 (the "Lease"), which along with any amendments, schedules, annexes, exhibits and Confirmation that thereto constitute (the "Agreement"). The parties have now agreed to amend the Agreement by the terms of this Amendment (this "Amendment").

The Parties have previously entered into that certain Grain Bin Lease Agreement dated as of June 1, 2015, as amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Agreement”). The Parties have now agreed to amend the Agreement by the terms of this First Amendment (the “Amendment”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein are used with the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
