Refundable damage deposit amount will be $250 (resident) and $500 (non-resident) POST dated to the date of your reservation. An additional $250 deposit will be due if alcohol is being served POST dated to the date of your reservation. Checks are to be made payable to the City of Granger. Reservation is confirmed when completed Rental Agreement, payment and deposit are received by the City of Granger. The rental payment is kept and all or part of the deposit will be returned to the responsible party at the discretion of the City of Granger depending on the condition of the rental facility and surrounding area when vacated. The undersigned will be held responsible for the damage caused to any facilities and will be charged at the rate of 1.5 times the City employee or employees’ hourly rate for time required to repair, clean up, etc. Minimum charge of $35 per hour.
