THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 20 by and between the City of Bozeman, Montana, a self-governing municipal corporation located at 121 N. Rouse Ave., Bozeman MT 59771 (“City”) as GRANTOR and Gallatin Watershed Council (“GWC”), a nonprofit Montana corporation with a mailing address of P.O. Box 751, Bozeman MT 59771 as GRANTEE. GWC and the City may also hereafter be referred to as “Parties”.
