This Grant Award Contract is entered into by (GRANTEE), and theARIZONA CONSTABLE ETHICS, STANDARDS & TRAINING BOARD (DEPARTMENT), through itsChairman pursuant to authority granted to the Department by A.R.S. § 22-137 (B)(2) and (4) and A.R.S. § 22- 138(B)(1) and in accordance with A.R.S. § 41-2701 et seq.
