and entered into this 16th day of January 2024, by and between the Board of Commissioners of the County of Albany, Wyoming, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Wyoming (“County”) whose address is 525 Grand Ave, Suite 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070, by and through the Albany County Historic Preservation Board (“ACHPB”), and the City of Laramie, Wyoming, a Wyoming municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”) whose address 406 Ivinson, Laramie, Wyoming 82070; all of which may be referred to as the parties.
