THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT (Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation whose address is 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 805440 (hereinafter referred to as the “Grantor”) and the DAVE MILLER DITCH COMPANY, a Colorado corporation whose address is __________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee”).
