It is a fundamental term of this Agreement that the Promoter of the event(s) to which this contract rider applies have considered the environmental impact of this event (these events). Without limitation to the generality of the forgoing we will only perform at event(s) which comply with the following conditions (1-5 inclusive). We reserve the right to withdraw from event(s) without notice and/or cancel any performance without any liability on our part whatsoever where the following conditions are not met.
