THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 20 , by and between JNJ Capital, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, (“Grantor”), the TOWN OF HUNTERSVILLE, a North Carolina municipal corporation, and MECKLENBURG COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (the Town of Huntersville and Mecklenburg County collectively hereinafter referred to as “Grantee”).

This greenway access easement is entered into by and between the Laramie County School District Number One (“Grantor”), a corporate body organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, 2810 House Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, and the City of Cheyenne, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 (“Grantee”). The Grantor and Grantee are, at times, individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
