This Grid Promissory Note and Credit Facility Agreement (“Note”), dated as of April 14, 2022, is made and delivered by Two Hands Corporation (the “Company”), in favor of THE CELLULAR CONNECTION LTD. (the "Creditor"), and shall supersede in its entirety (which shall not constitute a novation) that certain Letter of Intent to Lend dated March 3, 2022 delivered by the Creditor to the Company.
