THIS GRO RESEARCH AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made of September 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“SEC”), a Korean corporation with offices at 416 Maetan-Dong, Yeongtong-Gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-Do 443-742, Korea, by and through its R&D Center, Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (“SAIT”) (collectively, “SEC”) and , a(n) academic institution with offices at (“University”). SEC and University may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
