This agreement (“Agreement”) is by and among Sonoma County Water Agency, a body corporate and politic of the State of California (“Water Agency”) and County of Sonoma, Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District, City of Santa Rosa, City of Rohnert Park, Town of Windsor, City of Cotati, City of Sebastopol, California American Water Company, and United Wine Growers,(collectively “Participants”). The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date the Agreement is last signed by the parties to the Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Article 7.1 (Term of Agreement).
