This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company, Hartford Fire Insurance Company, and Talcott Resolution Life Insurance Company (formerly known as Hartford Life Insurance Company, Connecticut corporations (individually and collectively, “The Hartford”) and the Producer identified in Part III of this Agreement (hereinafter the “Producer”). Effective January 1, 2019, this will amend and replace any prior Group Insurance Producer Agreement between The Hartford and Producer.
