This agreement represents a limited license agreement and “affiliation” agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) between World Cynosport Rally Limited (hereinafter referred to as “WCRL”), a Texas Corporation, and the entity listed below, hereinafter referred to as “Group”, and sets forth the complete agreement of the parties, including rights, privileges, terms and conditions. World Cynosport Rally Limited is a subsidiary of World Cynosport Limited (“WCL”), and a sister company to United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. (“USDAA”). Collectively, WCL and USDAA shall be referred to as “WCRL affiliated companies” or “WCRL affiliates.”

This agreement covers the products and services you license (or purchase) from Film Editing Pro, unless and until we enter into a new agreement that expressly replaces this one. If you use the Film Editing Pro products and services as an employee of or for the benefit of your organization, you represent that you have the power and authority to accept this agreement on behalf of your organization. Your organization will be the licensee under this agreement. By checking the box at the top of this page that says “I agree to the Group Licensing Agreement at the bottom of this page”, or by downloading, logging into or using the Film Editing Pro products or services, you consent to the terms and conditions of this agreement on behalf of yourself and the organization on whose behalf you will use the Film Editing Pro products and services provided under this agreement.
