A facility fee of $[____] will be charged for the above space. A $[____] minimum in food and beverage, excluding tax and service charge, is required for the use of the rooms listed above or the difference will constitute a rental charge. Any non-food and beverage items including, but not limited to, parking, waterpark passes, ice rink admission, ice skate rental, and audio visual rentals are not included in the food and beverage minimum. All charges are subject to applicable service charge and sales tax.
