This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement) is made by and between an Ordering Activity (an entity entitled to order under GSA Schedule contracts as defined in GSA Order ADM 4800.2I, as may be revised from time to time) (“Client”) and Granicus, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company d/b/a Granicus (“Granicus”). Client and Granicus may each be referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
