We, Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (Costa Rican Tourism Institute), hereinafter the “ICT”; hereinafter the “Assignor”; and , hereinafter the “concessionaire”, agree to execute this agreement for the partial assignment and granting of a concession in the Gulf of Papagayo Tourist Complex, located on the Nacascolo Peninsula, Province of Guanacaste, which shall be governed by the following clauses and covenants:

We, Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (Costa Rican Tourism Institute), hereinafter the “ICT”; and Inversiones Hoteleras Playa Pochote, Ltda., hereinafter the “Assignor”, and hereinafter the “Concessionaire”, agree to execute this agreement for the granting and assignment of a concession in the Gulf of Papagayo Tourist Complex, located on the Nacascolo Peninsula, Province of Guanacaste, which shall be governed by the following clauses and covenants: One: Granting and assignment of the Concession.- The Costa Rican Tourism Institute as the administrator of the Maritime-Land Zone and owner of the property adjacent to said zone, as provided by Law number six thousand forty-three of March second, nineteen hundred seventy-seven, Law number six thousand seven hundred fifty-eight of June fourth, nineteen hundred eighty-two, and Law number six thousand three hundred seventy of September third, nineteen hundred seventy-nine, which laws authorize it to grant concessions in the area intended for t
