GUARANTOR ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT AND JOINDER, dated as of April 3, 2017 (this “Agreement”), made by Computer Sciences Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“CSC”), DXC Technology Company, a Nevada corporation (the “Replacement Guarantor”), and PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
