With effect from 1 June 2020, a Hong Kong Service Supplier (“HKSS”) is allowed to distribute in the Mainland fixed and/or mobile telephone service cards (the “Calling Cards”) which can only be used in Hong Kong (excluding mobile satellite phone service cards).
