The Agreement Concerning Amendment to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (“CEPA”) Agreement on Trade in Services (“Amended Agreement”)1 was signed on 21 November 2019. With effect from 1 June 2020, a Hong Kong Service Supplier (“HKSS”) is allowed to distribute in the Mainland fixed and/or mobile telephone service cards (the “Calling Cards”) which can only be used in Hong Kong (excluding mobile satellite phone service cards).
