In consideration of being granted a credential for access to the CrossFit event or competition indicated by CrossFit, LLC (which may include the CrossFit Gamesor other competitions, demonstrations or events) (collectively, the “Event(s)”) and subject to the approval of CrossFit, LLC (“CrossFit”) in its sole and absolute discretion, the executing entity and individual (collectively, “You” and the latter “Bearer”) hereby enter into the following Media Guidelines and Coverage Agreement (“Agreement”) with CrossFit:
