[Note of explanation: This Agreement was developed in circumstances where a town wanted to make a substantial contribution towards the renovation of a particular school’s facilities and, in particular, that school’s gymnasium. In return, the Board was willing to provide the town with a form of priority for the community use of the gymnasium when not in use by students of the school.]
