This Addendum is applicable to any University of Massachusetts student assigned to a room at the Econo Lodge in Hadley, Massachusetts for the fall 2022 semester. All students assigned to Econo Lodge have signed the Residence Hall Occupancy License Agreement (“Agreement”) as a part of the process to apply for on campus housing. Students assigned to Econo Lodge are subject to all of the terms and conditions outlined in the Residence Hall Occupancy License and this Addendum, and are residential students.
