THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of March, 2014, by and between the Hardee County Industrial Development Authority, hereinafter referred to as “IDA,” located at 107 East Main Street, Wauchula, Florida 33873, and Continuum Labs, Inc., a Nevada corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee,” located at 2818 Cypress Ridge Boulevard 150, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544.
