SOFTWARE SUPPORT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date set forth below, by and between Premier Election Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, authorized to do business in Texas (“PES”) and El Paso County, Texas (“Customer”).
