This Hardware Sales Terms are between PrecisionHawk, Inc. (“we” or “PrecisionHawk”) and the purchaser or user of PrecisionHawk hardware or software who accepts the terms (“you” or “Customer”) (together, the “Parties”) by ordering, accepting a quote or order form or retaining any hardware sold an “Order”). The effective date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”) is the earlier of the date that you make an Order or the date that you use PrecisionHawk’s hardware or software.
